Cast blame, call names, point fingers.. but in the end, it's simply a matter of demand outstripping supply and on a magnitude that no one could have or did predict. No one. The BMOrg did the best they could with the information and projections that they were given. Deep dysfunctions and/or naive sorts of narcissism.. not so much.
