Blog Posted, Ticket FAQ Updated, STEP launching THIS WEEK!

FYI, the Tickets FAQ has been updated, and now includes answers to a number of questions about the Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP). Will Chase has also made a blog post, and the Jack Rabbit Speaks Newsletter will go out soon.

Emails are also beginning to send out to those who've participated in the main sale. It's a big list, and will take a little time to mail out. A message will go to those who were awarded tickets, giving them instructions on how to offer up their tickets into STEP beginning on February 29th at noon PST. A different message is going to those who were not awarded tickets, giving them instructions on how to register beginning March 2nd at noon PST.
