I cut off my dreads and lost a bunch of weight over the course of the year (and so did the 75 other people with similar photos) and now the gate workers aren't sure if it's me in the photo and we're clogging up the enterence. Your unique ticket number will be tattooed on the inside of your arm. Just show that to GPE and you're in.

Due once again to circumstances beyond our control we have an announcement to make.

In order to obtain tickets at center camp for the 2013 burn you must actually be able to ride a unicycle, or play a ukulele.

If you can do both at the same time you are eligible for 2 tickets.

Those who applied for tickets in 2012 and weren't awarded tickets will get priority in the pre-sale at center camp.

In 2013 all the tickets will be crumpled up, half of them will be thrown into a dust storm. You'll then be allowed to chase them and grab as many as you like. For those who don't get a ticket this way the remaining crumpled tickets will be put in a big big hat and you'll be allowed to pull one out. If you grab two you'll have to go to the end of the line and wait your turn to try again. If you still don't get a ticket the first 5,000 people who give away all their playa gear to a nubie gets a ticket. And finally if you can prove it was you that wore that one piece green lycra suit in the previous year you'll get a ticket.
