Prepaid Visa: virtual OK but what is limit?

I'm overseas, so getting a regular plastic Visa card won't work, either from CVS etc or mailed. I have no address in USA.

The virtual cards I see use the name "Visa" but I don't think they are.

Also, it seems they only go to $100.

Any suggestions?

You'll have to see if you can get some friends to cover for you then. Not many other options.

Do you have a bank account? The bank might have some options for you.

Pre-paid credit cards (bearing the visa/mastercard name) should be available in many countries, you'll need to sort something out and make arrangements to purchase one with an amount to cover the cost of registration, or consider working with a bank/financial institution that you're already doing business with.
