buying a bike on the way

hi everyone,

i am having a tough time finding a bike here in sf for the burn. i'm thinking of getting it along the way like somewhere in reno or apparently there are a bunch of bikes available at gerlach? i see them every year but they might run out.

does anyone know how much bikes are in gerlach or how many there generally tend to be available?

also any suggestions for places to stop and buy a bike (preferably UNDER 50$) on the way to the playa?

Please do not buy a used bicycle on the side of the road. Many of those are in unusable condition.
