Truck Rental Companies...the good and bad?

Just wondering if anybody had any experiences or particular warnings using All Star Rents. I've read the horror stories about U-Haul and so stayed away from them. I have a van reserved with Budget, but it looks like I can get one for a lot cheaper from All Star, if they still have any left. Any thoughts either way? Thanks.
