Car entry problem

Just make sure your driver knows in advance, as the car will have to wait for you to get through will call. Last year we had a will call passenger and it only added 15 minutes or so (out of about 4 hours) to our entry time on Tuesday.

Your vehicle can have a mix and match of people with tickets in hand or at will call. They just all need to have tickets, or the whole car will get turned around at the gate.

Last year, Will Call was a little detour before the Gate off to one side, and you were supposed to follow the signs and be in the appropriate lane.

Make sure you have your ID with legal name and your Will Call confirmation number (printed out is good. I also stuck it to the back of my ID on a sticker in case I lost the paper).

Will Call was on the left as you approached in 2011. Lane choice as you approach is not that significant though. Gate has a dead zone that allows you to cross over to Will Call from any lane.

I can see one reason for your confusion:

We jokingly directed folks to get into the far right lane for will call when asked last year. You'd not believe how many beers and other schwag we were given for our "help". We did this knowing that there was the cutover space before gate at the willcall lot. Would not have done it otherwise.....

If you are going to WillCall to get your ticket, do not leave your vehicle in line and expect to find it again. Make sure the vehicle goes through the cut into the WillCall parking lot. Once you have your ticket you can just hop back into your vehicle and get into line again from the Will Call exit. You will lose only 5 minutes doing this and it is worth it.

Gate will not let your vehicle wait for you at the gate. In fact, I have seen many vehicle ending up in D-Lot as a result.
