Directions to Burning Man

Can anyone give me directions on how to drive to Burning Man from San Diego? I am lost in the desert, dying of thirst and I need to experience this once in my lifetime before I die.

You can't get to Burning Man from San Diego...try an alternate route.

Head in a generally NNE direction until you are in the absolute center of nowhere, then just follow the line of cars and sketchy looking RV's that are all way beyond overloaded.

The key sign seems to be decorated bicycles, particularly fake fur in any colour, strapped onto the back, top or even side of the vehicle. If it's got two or more of those bicycles on it, look for a half dozen or so vehicles with similar bicycles and follow - they can't all be going the wrong way.

last year, they told people to head to Gerlach, turn on Jungo head up to Frog Pond and cross the tracks and head in...........

Just drive into the desert until it gets weird enough for you. Works for me.
