OK PLEASE don't tar and feather me for two reasons

2. I personally am hoping they keep the Tier tickets going. This will be my first year. I'm a full time college student who works a full time job that only pays commission. I don't make jack. I am going to have to save every nickel I get to be able to afford to go in 2012. So I REALLY don't want to have to shell out almost $400 for a ticket that's a month of rent for me.. $210 is still to much but hell what can you do.

Any hooters. I wish they would let us know the theme. I want to start sewing my costumes and getting things figured out.

Don't sweat the theme and costumes. We started down that line last year, then switched to costumes to go with our theme camp (barbie death camp), we had a couple middle-aged barbie outfits, kinda fit the theme and the camp, but once there Ken (the stallion) ended up just LOVING sarong's and a pink cowboy hat, and none of the barbie stuff was loose enough to catch a breeze and I LOVED wearing loose flowie things that drifted around me in the breeze. So, just make comfy stuff, a tu-tu or two, and enjoy yourself. Most IMPORTANT, you will be riding a bike or walking around ALOT, don't costume yourself into not being mobile.

We started a jar, if we pay with cash ALL hard change goes to the jar, if we pay with debit then we get the minimum allowed cash back at that store and in the jar it goes. Adding up already.

I dressed to be in the desert and was comfortable. I might have sent more time than intended walking and riding around naked, but otherwise I was all comfort.

I didn't bother with a costume or anything elaborate. I have neither the inclination nor space for costumes. I just scratch by financially but I managed to go and this year may be the same. It's the best and wisest way to foolishly blow precious financial resources, but the return on your money is beyond description.

I still have playa dust on a pair of Air Force sage green combat boots (people were grumpy, but some were amused when I wore them in uniform playafied.)

Frankly, regarding tickets, I'm glad to hear that they are taking the time to think it through, and would be more concerned had they not.

I'm a Burner from across the great pond (Belgium, if anyone can find it on the map) and have always had friends buy the tickets in SF, but this year I'm wondering if there's a way to buy them online in Europe.
