Need help with transporting giant robot art project

Hey burners, I need help. I won an art grant to build a giant robot at a theme camp this year. I have a small trailer and a pop tent to camp in (can't figure out how to toe both). I need help getting to and from the playa pulling a small trailer or pop tent. The tricky part is that I need to be there by Aug 25th for set up, and I cannot leave until Sept 3rd. I can offer to help pay for gas or otherwise trade or pay for help. I would really appreciate any contributions.

"East Bay" means either Alameda (Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, etc.) or Contra Costa (Concord, Walnut Creek, Richmond, etc.) County in California. Near San Francisco.
