Will the black light district be at BM 2012?

My camp and I are hosting a Bar this year and we wanted to see if the Black light district was going to be at BM this year and if they had room for more theme camps? We are going with a black light theme for decoration and thought we would inquire about camping there.
That which is above, is as that which is below, and that which is below is as that which is above.

Try looking them up in last year's directory of theme camps and contact the contact person provided.
