trying to find a piece of art

Hello! Can anyone help me? Im trying to find some information about the piece of art in the picture. It was located on 9:30, maybe about 100-200' from the Esplanade, right next to some other wooden sculptures of paper cranes. I met at least one person who was in charge of it one morning, whos name might be David if my brain isn't too fried. He was telling me how this piece can grow exponentially, and that they wanted other people to help make more pieces to bring back next year. My ultimate goal here is to find the plans for the pieces. One more bit of info: on the very top there was a big stamp that said something like "Potentiality: Made possible by free form arts festival." Thanks family! I love you guys!

Ok so apparently it is named "the temple of potential" and it was created by the animus art collective. http://www.animusart.com/potential/ Now I just need a template or dimensions...
