One important part of the realization of creative ideas is paring down and focusing on something narrow and obtainable. But I like the wild, free, open part of brainstorming, those ideas that are fun for five minutes or a couple of weeks, but that you'd never bring to the playa....
Here's mine: Merkin March
Okay, that's partly because I want to divide into two columns and have one yell "Oh my god!" and the other reply with "Fuck it!"
And partly the idea of a Merkin Makin' Party beforehand.
I'd say "And partly to arrange to meet Critical Dicks" but I've been on OED's case enough for one night.
So, when you get one of those ideas, please post it here.

I actually love the idea of a Merkin March!!! Hahaha!
One thing I really would love to see on the playa, but I'm not sure whether it's a good idea/people would go for it would be a sort of...musical flashmob.
What I mean is, you know in musicals when everyone is going about their business and then they all go into this big song and dance number like it's no big deal?
That. I've always wanted that to happen when I'm just walking down the street. And the only place it's ever gonna happen is BM.

I was thinking of a Merkin Making Event meets Pants Cannon. Make Merkins on Monday or Tuesday or Thursday, and spend the rest of the week passing them out to shirt cockers.

Make a whole bunch of fun super-hero capes and hand them out. Not long ones, more like capelets.

Here's one. The infinite choochootrain!
I just got it and it's also a march. One guy starts out with a smoke machine and boomblaster that is attached to a vest that's easy to take on and off. The boomblaster loops trainsounds. The vest has a button that allows you to send puffs of smoke at a time. The guy wearing this basically forms a conga line and tells the next guy to go "tshukutshuku-thsukutshuku-.." like a train who says the same thing to the next guy. when the guy in front is done he hands the vest to the guy behind him in line.
And voila! An infinite conga choo-choo train!
