It's official! We will be constructing Wall Street plus a couple of banks, in Black Rock CIty in 2012. Proposals being written as I write. We are seeking a person with expertise and playa experience to assist in designing & budgeting & hopefully, implementing a lighting plan for this project which will be in deep playa, someplace.
