If you want to go really low tech, just get 1 mist emmiter hooked to a garden sprayer and attach it to the top front of the enless breeze pointing outward. I think the mist will evaporate before it can hit the ground, so no muddy mess. Shouldnt use more then a 1/2 gallon of water per hour.
