You know I think after weighing all the options, that I may just go with a cheap pair of Converse All Star high tops. You can get a pair for $20 free shipping, they seal out the dust, decently comfortable, and I won't cry if I have to toss them afterwords.

A little dust will come in through the lacing holes and will rub between your foot and the shoe, so wear socks. As you were probably going to anyway.
