This was discussed extensively in the "plug and play" or pnp threads which you can search for. Many camps charge dues in exchange for various shared things, water, communal shade, food, costumes, shaded tent area, bar, art car, swimming pool (past years). A few camps are more promiscuous, providing more services to more stranger-like people in exchange for a lot more money, or so I've heard.
This topic always turns into a flame war.
And it's frowned upon to provide specific info on ePlaya about camp commerce.
As you know the intensity of the event, camping with friends you get along with/have common values is the first filter, then can come amenities as a decision factor. And as usual, your regional, friends and local BM parties is a good place to look for camps. From your description, I don't think you are looking for an expensive PnP camp.
