How can i get a trailer delivered to BM prior to event?

I was trying to figure out how I can drop off a camp trailer for my 70 year old dad who will be attending this year. He will be going out early (he has an early pass), I will not be going out till sunday or monday. I don't want to leave him without shelter. Can someone please advise me how I can just drop off the trailer in his camp and then leave??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
