Rebar bending question - eye hook bend ?

Hello burners, im trying to find either a place to buy 2'-3' rebar that is pre-bent with an eye hook on top or a way to do it myself. Any advice ??

Ive used a normal rebar bender to make candy cane and regular 90 degree angles but i think i really want to get some rebar with eye holes on the top for my shade structure this year.

Any pros or cons for this type of bent rebar i should know about as well ??
