For a half sphere dome you need 91 sets of fasteners. Your ground crew will need to give you the diameter like 1/4, 5/16, 3/8. 100 to a box is common, so 200 is a nice number. That will cover you if it a 5/8 sphere.

5/16ths is pretty common. A box of 100 will be just fine, but more is always safer.

1" 1 1/2" or 2" lengths.
my memory says that i had ones in 1 1/2 and 2 depending on the vertice and how many connectors.
