Costco brand here in Quebec is Honest Earth. Only ingredients are dehydrated potatoes,butter and sea salt (and may contain milk) Those at the dollar store have a much longer list of unpronounceables usually.
Although you still need to add milk and butter with the water, powdered milk solves the one problem...
