Nickolada or Pina Nick or Nick Killer Same basic flavors as a Piña Colada or painkiller.

NICKOLADA!!! That's classic!!!

1 1/2 oz. Rum, watermelon (Bacardi Grand Melon)
1/2 oz. Liqueur, banana (Creme de Banane)
1 oz. Schnapps, peach
1 oz. (Bacardi) Piña Colada Mix
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

And the final magic ingredient of your choice!

Shaken, stirred, blended ... whatever.

Serve in chilled sippy-cup.

If you are in a state with medical marijuana and you are among the entitled you can make Not-Absinthe

Liter bottle of Bacardi 151 or other high Alcohol content liquor,
About as much marijuana as you can stuff into a liter bottle (1/2 to 1 oz depending on quality/taste)

Stuff the marijuana in the bottle
Add the 151 to the top
Seal tightly
Put on its side in a cool dark place
Forget about it for a month
Remember it, pull it out, check color.
Put it back with the opposite side facing up.
Forget about it for two weeks
Repeat last three steps until...
When the liquor is a beautiful emerald green color, strain it into another bottle.
Use very sparingly,

For a special camp breakfast or cocktail party, I have been setting up a serve yourself Bloody Bar with the following:

Several different flavored vodkas - plain, tomato, lemon, etc
A couple of basic tomato mixes - Mr. & Mrs. T's, Clamato
Additives: Tomato sauce (really, really good), pickle juice, olive juice, A-1, beef bouillion, worstershire, hot sauces
Veggies: Celery, small dill pickles, hot green beans, dill pickled asparagus spears, olives, lemon & lime wedges (I put small containers of these in a big container with ice water - ice bath keeps then cold and crisp
Spices: Pepper, large grain kosher salt, celery salt, celery seed, lemon pepper, white pepper, dill, garlic, Santa Maria Seasoning

Bucket of ice, cocktail skewers for veggies, plate for using spices as rimmers.

We spend hours tasting each other's concoctions and trying new combinations. Some things suggested I haven't added yet are fresh cilantro, vodka infused grape tomatoes, cocktail onions....... Bloody Mary's are great on the playa as they are acidic and salty, counteracting the alkaline. Also really nice to have the option for savory drinks instead of sweet.

The house drink at the bowling alley/bar is a Playa Breeze. I have a very large shaker that will make 10 defaultia drinks, 5 playa drinks. Per drink it is 2 shots vodka with some pomegranate juice and about half as much good limeade. The serving is poured leaving room in the glass for champagne. At home I sugar rim the glass , but it doesn't translate to the playa well. Pretty good if you like those kind of things...

BITTER BITCH:

1 shot Tanqueray 10 gin
4 oz pink grapefruit juice
4 oz tonic water

play with the proportions until it suits your palate

pour into glass with or without ice

It's how you make hash oil.

Once the alcohol draws the oil out of the weed, you pour it in a glass baking dish to evap the alcohol.

You can use any cheap PURE alcohole.

You are left with a film of oil that you scrape up with a razor blade and smoke it in a crack pipe.

Liquor should never be mixed:

1. It's the mix that creates the hangover
2. It masks the flavor of the liquor making you drink more than you should
3. Drinking more will make you sick

I can assure you this is not true.
Excessive sugar/salt/acidity in mix might compound the problem, but alcohol causes it.
One of my worst-ever hangovers was after a night of drinking straight gin. I actually awoke to the sound of my liver packing a suitcase and telling me it was over.

2 oz rum

Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice

I invented these while being a bored bartender on slow nights.

Smore-
1oz rum chata
1/2 oz cake vodka
1 1/2oz creme de coaca
1oz Fluff vodka
1 1/2 oz Cream
1 small spoon of Hot coco powder

fill shaker tin with ice dump in all ingredants. Shake till tin is icy cold. Strain onto rocks

Mr. Madigan-
1 oz Bailys
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Jameson

Layer on rocks

1 1/2oz Chambord
1oz Razamataz

Top with sprite


Girl scout cookie (Thin mint)-
3/4 oz creme de menthe
1 1/2 oz Cream De Coac0o
1 oz Kalhua
1 oz Bailys
1 oz Peppermint schnapps
3/4 oz Cake Vodka
1 1/2 oz Cream

Fill Ice with shaker and ingredants and shake till tin is cold. Strain and serve on rocks topped with whipped cream and drizzle of menthe

This one i did not invent-

Pineapple upside down cake-
1 1/2 oz cake vodka
1 tspn grenadine or real cherry syrup (Grenadine is actually polmigrante extract)
top with Pineapple juice


PS word to the wise. NEVER use a shakers with shaking on only clear spirits. Shaking is only ment to be used one spirits with Milk/cream qualities. It fucks with them. You want the rocks to beat apart the thick viscosity of milk/cream. Plus with clear spirts you are putting ice chunks into your drink thus diluting even more then it needs to be from the rocks. Martinis ALWAYS stirred not shaken! 10 years of bartending has paid off lol
