We'd post not-very-tasty bacon recipes, but that's a little difficult.

Trilo, I must thank you immensely for this contribution. I saw bacon on sale at the grocery store yesterday, and the evil genius inside me persuaded me to make bacon jam last night. I used the recipe from this website, and it was DELICIOUS:

I'm canning it in mason jars today and giving a can away to my mom. My brother said the smell was making him want to dance, and he busted a move, MC Hammer style, when he took his first bite.
