Stomach Issues on the playa

I was wondering if anyone on the playa deals with IBS, IBD, Crohns, etc. and if they have any tips on how to manage it at BM. Any information helps and is greatly appreciated!

Ordinarily, I'd steer you to 911 dot burnigman dot com. Unfortunately, the medical people are too busy for me to have any assurance that they'd be able to help you.
I know chrohn's is a nasty thing. A co-worker has it. But I don't have any useful information. Sorry.

My first advice, useless as it might be, would be to make all of your own food and eat exactly the same meals you would have at home. The change in diet that usually happens and upending the frequency of eating are tough enough on those with a strong constitution.
