Regional FAST Teams?

how does a new Regional FAST Team get started? Is there any help available from the BMorg FAST Team (guidelines, training, etc)? How did your Regional FAST Team get properly staffed?

There is some great information available on the Burning Man website. It is not easy to find. In the search section, type in "safety perimeter" and in the body of the text is more links to helpful information.
It talks about storage of fuel, open flames etc, etc.
