Regional Effigies

I have a Question... Under the description of Fertility the following statement was made in regard to last year's Circle of Regional Effigies....."This emergent ritual shows every sign of growing in 2012". Am I correct to assume the Effigies will be a part of the Burn moving forward. Personally, I loved the Effigies and the idea of them being a part of the yearly Burn I think is a wonderful Idea.
