Need the down low on the 2011 S.F. Decompression

Okay fellow burners need the down low on this years S.F. Decompression?

It appears that Sunday afternoon is the "main" event but will be in town all weekend.

Any advise on how to find burn-related parties and activities from Friday night on?

Also any suggestions on burn friendly lodging for the decompression in S.F?

Although I have attended a number of burns I have never attended the S.F. after party.
