A new foot upon the sands

Howdy...
I am currently trying to figure out how to get transportation for the 2004 BM (yes I know it is October, but we are trying to get it all in gear so it is as hassle free as possible). Do rental companies freak out about stuff like this? Also we are 20, so would a rental even rent to us?

Also that playa night.. is there any more info on that? Sounds like a fun time
