Hi,
I sent an email to the Lostandfound, but since tickets are on sale, it says it is shut down. Does this mean the item is gone? If not, how can I contact someone about getting it back?

The lost and found address is the one to use. They have shut things down, if you don't hear anything back it's probably safe to assume it's gone.
