LOST: Red and blue cape with neon multicolor interior

I lost track of my cape at fractal nation village on Saturday Night. the outside of it is red, blue velvet, and light greeny/yellow in the middle
the inside is a multicolor neon style fabric. It has sleeves, thumb holes and it ties on around the neck. It also has a double tail made from a shiny purple fabric.
