Lost Bright Yellow/Purple/Green? Silk Chinese Shirt

Hey yall so I know it's a shot in the dark but my brother lost one of my favorite costume shirts this year before I had a chance to wear it myself. He dropped it at a bar on the Esplanade I think not sure which but it was a soft I think silk Chinese style shirt the main color was bright yellow and it was bright purple around the collar and cuffs with purple, green and other bright designs on the body. Also the "buttons" or straps to close it on the front were purple as well. Size wise it should be a pretty small shirt for males and maybe a womans medium? Its a very bright shirt so it should be easy to notice. Thank you so much for all the help it is truly appreciated!
