Bicycle Basket

I have one of those double baskets that go over the back wheel of a bicycle. I don't have the hardware, but that's replaceable. I also don't have the metal strut parts that goes from the back wheel to the baskets proper. IN this crowd, I know there's someone with the skills and tools to fabricate those. Free--and in the bay area is best, because I don't think it's worth sending.
