Personal Homeland Security Adviser Needed

Once again I find myself Playa ward without my own Homeland Security Adviser. Can anyone spare one? I can't pay 110k a year, or cushy New Jersey connections, but then he doesn't have to be an Israeli. Early thirties, late twenties preffered. Should be able to look good in a loin cloth, or a tuxedo, or bodypaint, or all three at once.
