Ticket at Will Call?

Hi, I bought a ticket from a person who said they would put the ticket at Will Call in my husband's name...does anyone know how I can check to see that this has been done? By phone perhaps? Anybody got any ideas? Thanks a million!

I hope that the person stated the last 4 numbers of confirm number and that persons name for the ticket and possibly date of purchase from a address it was sent from
