It might be a pipedream... change in circumstance, got some free time! I am considering flying to LA on Saturday from Auckland. Thinking of getting a camper and cruising up the coast to the dessert via San Fran and then inland. Maybe arrive on Monday or Tuesday at the playa.

Keen keen keen. no sure what exactly to wear - maybe I will pick up something Rad! along the way. Been wanting to come to Burning Man since 1999 after my good friend told me that he loved being there with you all. Any you good guys or gals gotta ticket floating that you wanna off lay for a fair price? I can Paypal. Much prefer to get through here than Ebay, mostly because I feel in touch with the community here, whereas ebay feels a little cold, heh?

Not to discourage you, but awfully last minute, Nick! I don't think you'll be able to book a camper on such short notice, especially over Labor Day weekend. And I'd save the cruise up the coast for after, when you have some time to spare. You'll need to organize your bike and all your supplies. If you wind up having to settle for a car you'll need to round up sleeping & cooking stuff, etc. Tickets are showing up here at lower prices, but make sure you have rock solid, fool proof arrangements with a trustworthy seller.
