Please sell me a ticket+ stay at my beachfront place in LA

My friend is flying in from Brazil and does not have a ticket yet. I am looking to buy a ticket for him.

In exchange I will let you + 1 guest stay at my beachfront place for an entire weekend, in a beachfront bedroom.

I live in Playa Del Rey, which is right between LAX Airport and Venice Beach. I am a 10 min bike ride form the world famous Venice Beach.
