Ebay Vs. regional eplaya message board

Ebay Vs. regional eplaya message board

Postby Gnemo » Thu Aug 18, 2011 9:52 pm

After seeing people post ticket offers and one minute later get sold on the eplaya I had to find more options. I went to Ebay as someone suggested (after already checking stub-hub which has ~650-1000+ ticket offers) and saw most of them for 600, posted a wanted on the regional e-mail group message board, then found one will call ticket for 550. I just had to do it, then someone contacted me from the regional eplay, and asked if I needed the ticket, so I told him to look here for the many people wanting tickets. I coulda got a friggen low income ticket too... Never again will I wait so long to buy a ticket. Good luck folks

i'm not usually one to judge, but if you can afford to buy a ticket for 550 now then you definitely did not deserve a low income ticket.

I know you think you're so cool, dood, and I'm not saying that you arent, and all but... Making less than 2000 a year for 2 years and then getting lucky enough to get payed a grant to go to school was just enough to finally put aside for a ticket to thailand. At that point in Febuary (& I know I dont need to explain myself) the girlfriend decides to get the low income ticket, which I also would have at the time qualified for. Understand? All we have enough for is our health while we have a baby in PNG if we can even get there, and live the tribal life in the south pacific, sustainably. Just because we were blessed with a temporary job doesnt keep the girlfriend from complaining over me spending so much and waisting potential to make more - taking away from our traveling funds. I dont need to hear it from anyone else either thanks. Last minute I can decide to pay, and we are low income, espesially in Febuary.

Just trying to help, so GFY

If you can afford to buy a tickets at $550 then you have no business buying low income tickets. Period. Doesn't matter what your story is. Everyone has one and they all think its justified.

Keep on keeping on.
