PENDING: TWO PRINTED TICKETS

PENDING: TWO PRINTED TICKETS

Postby Snuffedup » Tue Aug 16, 2011 7:53 pm

UPDATED 2.37am ET Aug 17: Got a ton of replies very quickly - people are desperate! Thanks to all of you who hopped in line, but at this point I've got my buyer in mind and we're working on details. So please no more posts or PMs. I wish I had tickets for all of you but I don't! I feel so popular... :D

**************************************

Thanks (but no thanks) to my lifelong friend who happened to choose Labor Day weekend 2011 as the date for his bachelor party, I will remain a Burning Man virgin for at least one more year. But my loss is your gain! I have two PRINTED tickets purchased online back in January, available for the meager sum of $615, which will essentially cover my purchase costs plus any FedEx shipping costs (for speed and your protection, and I don't trust the USPS) as detailed below:

Tickets at Face Value: $280 x 2 = $560.00
Service fees charged by Burning Man for ordering online: $10.50
Secure shipping from Burning Man to me: $12.00
FedEx shipping costs from me to you: $25-35, give or take depending on how fast you want them

While I would love to make a buck on these, I don't feel it's right. Bad karma and all that.

Other notes: I want to sell both together, not separately; PayPal is preferred form of payment; and I'll provide you with the ticket details once we connect via e-mail so that you can verify with Burning Man that they're legit.

That being said, I also need to know you're legit - I no more want to lose my tickets with no compensation than you want to lose your money with no tickets. Therefore, I won't send the tickets to you until PayPal tells me a payment has been received and deposited in my account. But I'll do all of those fun things like take video of me putting them into a FedEx envelope and giving them to the nice, purple shirt wearing people at FedEx Kinkos and e-mail it to you so you can sleep peacefully, resting assured that your tickies are on their way to your soon-to-be sun-baked hands.

K, gang. First one in who's legit wins!

i will buy your tickets at mentioned cost and give you also a item along with it... willing to negotiate any money, and/or traded item........i have a Nikkon d80 DSLR with a couple good lenses 18-135mm and the amazing 18-200vr lens , the camera is worth 1200 with everything if not more ,used, in perfect condition, also for trading i have a playstation 3,a singed copy of mario 3 by shigeru miyamoto, the creator himself, also some elf spice(ask if you dont know) , over 100 different strains of med seeds..... nevilles haze, northern lights ,ice cream, early skunk , super skunk, white widow, sweet island skunk, mazar, jack herer , pck, the ultimate, and that boaring kush.... i pretty much am willing to pay cost of tickets plus give you something extra to make it worth your while...... all things mentioned im very fond of and would not part with any of these said items usually but,I am willing to give them up to be with my lover on the playa... thank you for listening to me. If it helps my case i sold over 50 tickets to shambhala this year all below top tier ticket prices, thus thwarting and pisisng off scalpers to the point they couldn't get rid of their tickets...no one in my city needed to buy a ticket more than face value, i would like to think it was because of my short selling for a full two weeks leading up to the day of... the 3 tickets i couldnt sell i gave away for free. for these reasons please consider me over others. peace:)
