This year my girlfriend's long dream of attending Burning Man has come true, we have her ticket, plane ticket, travel arrangements, everything. I too have the plane tickets, however I have yet to secure a ticket to Burning Man. I am aware of the situation that currently faces me. o.k. a little coaching for scoring points.
1. mention "home" needing to come home, and how incomplete you are away from the playa.
2. nobody has mentioned it but for the judges, it helps to work in the "m" word... "manifest"
3. playa only talents are good too: hula hooping, spinning poi, etc. and FIRE with anything is a bonus.
3a. be a d.j. with no equipment or camp allignment
3b. offer strange new age services, chakra allignment clearing, vegan raw food chefferie, anything with crystals or burning sage.
4. explain the concept of "partnering" with someone who cannot attend

PS, as to the concept of partnering with someone that cannot attend; I have seen some CL ads asking people to work on specific objectives as partial payment for a ticket and my intention was to cover as many bases without going on forever.

PSS the "points" thing is fun, i'll will look up the rules as I am not aware of this "contest" what I wrote is true.

Thank you Ellorrum for your specific guidence, allow me to answer.

1. Home, I was "made" in the desert and after 40yrs look forward to coming home. I have lived in the land of Ice and Snow (alaska, germany) for over 20yrs and my bones are ready to shake, rattle and shimmy in the desert heat.

2. I am manifesting a ticket, be it through a forum like this, CLS ad or Ebay.

3a. I have many talents, I am a filmmaker for 20yrs, I am a musician (guitar, keys, vocals, midi) and composer, being a filmmaker (specializing in Editing and Directing) I have been blessed with many opportunities to expand my skill set of carpentry, lighting, electrical, A/V, I can wire any PA/Mic gear out there.

3b. As for Special skills, I have produced films for Drunvalo Melchizedek, Tom Kenyon, Ken Braden, GrandMother Drum, Dr Nick Begich, Council of 13 Grandmothers, Rita Bloominstien, I have also produced Massage videos for Tarika Lea School of Integrated Shiatsu. These experiences have blessed me with access to top healers and teachers and I am happy to do Grounding work, Chakra Alignment, Massage, Chanting, Hold Space. I am a Taurus, I am Earth.
