Gosh,

I feel acceptance and a sober desire now that I've read your posting.

..beginning the journey to Playa, perhaps I'll cross its gates.

Thanks!

Prices are slowly falling on eBay. I know it's risky but the longer you wait, the cheaper it will be.

Basic b/e analysis:
2005 $243K
06 $855K
07 $1.0M
08 $1.1M
09 $0
10 $1.1M
11 $1.2M
12 $1.2M
That’s $6.8M that thousands of volunteers deserve to know about. Capitalism is alive at BM. Tickets are the commodity. Others have estimated higher profits.

Love the post and most of the following posts, love Apokaliptica's art!!!

I am doing a Playavision show in Old Folsom, Ca of 6 years of Burning Man. One person went, then called me about needing a ticket for his virgin experience (after they sold out). I told him the different ways to look for tickets (all the camps I know have shared tickets already). Then he told me about "The Walk of Faith". He was told if he drove to Burning Man, parked at the freeway (near the Burning Man sign) and walked the rest of the way to the gate NAKED he would be rewarded with a free ticket! No, I did not pull his chain, I did let him know it was not true. One friend suggested I take snapshots of those that believe this BS and do show up at the gate naked asking for tickets!

Yup, timing will be everything. I have a hunch that they will lower for awhile, then there will be another surge in the prices maybe a week out, then a day or two before the fire sale will start.

Does a night in Washoe County Jail count as burningman?
