Junglesmacks, I don't know many details on the progress/status, other than it was due to be completed before the end of 2011.

I was watching it (the status) in a desultory manner, and I think that they released the draft for a thirty day comment period, but never released the final. Which, especially on an EA (Environmental Assessment, sorry) means there was enough comment that they felt they had to do a fair amount of re-writing. Here is the webpage to follow progress. I didn't open any of the links because I didn't want to deal with acrobat, but don't let that stop you.

Are we talking about the 2006-2010 study?

EDIT: Can't be. That was published June 06 and references dates prior. Where is the current study?

Like I said, I didn't take notes. I do watch these things at work, so I know the process. And if I think that they released the DEA for comment, then I believe myself. It's possible that they don't have it on the website because they are working on the FEA, which is substantially based on the draft. That's the best I got.
