Note: You can't split a Will Call order for multiple tickets into multiple names. One person has to pick up the order, and could then assign a remaining ticket to a new name.

Third paragraph down has a link reading "go here" you have to follow. You fill out an online form. "Fill out the form with the new name; print, sign and fax it to the number provided. You will receive an email when your name change is approved. The newly named ticket holder then MUST bring their valid photo ID AND the new confirmation number. "

Go here: http://tickets2.burningman.com/contact.php and select "change shipping address". Tickets ordered online after July 31st 2011 will be held at Will Call. Will Call is located at the Box Office at the front gate of the Burning Man event.
