Their server is getting hammered :)

I started at 7010 it got down to 6932 odd but then it crashed saying:

Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter must be greater than 0 in /usr/export/www/nug/tickets.burningman.com/queue/queue.php on line 344

Now it's started me back at 7010 again :(

Whoo ... it realised and put me back at 6932 and now it's showing this message
NEWSFLASH @ 10:15AM PACIFIC TIME:

its ok to hit refresh since it is using cookies to store your session or place in line. I hit refresh upon seeing that timeout message and my place in line now shows up with the countdown going on also.

edit:

KEEP REFRESHING! Your place will not be lost. I went through minutes of total server time out and blank pages, then it comes back, and my place in line is still good. I'm down to 125 in front of me. Just keep refreshing until you get the javascript countdown again

The webpage at http://tickets.burningman.com:8080/queu ... 020e9&go=0 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

and one other error from time to time.

GEEZE you'd think they'd have this figured out by now. I'm at 2,875.

Do I need to refresh if I get an Internet connection error only in the space where the counter should be? I'm terrified of screwing up at this point! And I'm at work so I have to know my place in line so I can do stuff until I get close to my buy point....

#1380.

Status is no longer displaying, but

"You are in line to buy tickets, please stand by..."

is still animated so I'm sticking with it.

My breath is bated.

Edit: Refresh works to bring up newsflash
