Actually, its simply pricing levels based on when you buy them and nothing more. If you get your tickets when they go on sale, they are a bit cheaper than if you wait. If they didn't do this, everyone would wait until the last minute to buy tickets. As far as difference, once you get in the gate, "we are all equal---but some are more equal than others"!

It seems like the only time that I ever see it is in journalistic settings.. ie a newspaper article or something..
