Please help me figure out this art piece!

Okay, so I've searched up and down, and all over for something we encountered on the playa last year. We were walking, and we approached a weird booth with a door on it. When we walked into it, I noticed a camera on one wall, and a paragraph of "instructions" on another wall. It gave us a laugh, and scared us for some reason, but we never ran into it again. (Playa magic!)

It's been driving me nuts ever since.. just curious what this project was about! If anyone knows anything please speak up!
