Can you help me identify the western wagon?

I discovered this on the playa just past Rites of Zion at 10 o'clock. It was a 19th century with portraits of western characters on it. It made me laugh harder than almost anything I've experienced in my 32 years. If there is a website or artist contact available for this I would appreciate someone sending it to me. It seemed to be a placed project but I did not see it when I browsed the list. Thanks
