Sk8 Kamp Looking for Punk Band(s)

Our Theme Camp, Sk8 Kamp will have skate ramps on the playa. And what is skateboarding without Punk Music? If anyone in a Punk Band is interested to play a party or two at Sk8 Kamp, let me know.

This idea fucking rules, are you guys building a mini ramp and some quarter pipes or something? I was thinking to myself...how could I skate on the playa?

How big of a camp are you guys making? Got room for a huuuge Monkeyhut, two trailers, a large hexayurt, 4 cars and like 13 dudes and a girl? This camp would be truly perfect for our demographic.


I'd rather listen to Eliquate (10x more, you guys fucking rule) while I skate than some shitty crust punk bands.

I'm glad you are excited about the idea. We're planning to put up a mini ramp and some other banks, boxes, quarterpipe, etc. Probably mostly going to keep it under 2-3' to make it a bit easier to build, transport, and of course limit the extent of injuries.

We're planning to keep it a pretty small camp so that we don't have to put together too much infrastructure, so I don't think we can accommodate your crew. You are certainly welcome to come and skate the ramps and we are interested to get any helping hands we can with building the ramps or support with supplying the materials.

Our tricks will be best done on the ramps. Maybe one or two of the small ramps could be portable or I could invite you to do a performance at Sk8 Kamp.

I left and this incredibly big moho is like looking for a place to camp on the promenade- someone grabbed the mike and was giving them shit, which of course well deserved. you're thinking of Voted Best Camp. They are Reno-based and have a wooden bar structure with skate ramps and punk rock bands playing on the roof. Been out on 2:00 for the last couple of years....
