Well, when we applied in February, we thought we'd know by the first of May. We still have two weeks, and if we do not get approval from DMV, then we will return the money. We will have contact info for all folks that have pledged monies. We will cover the KickStarter and Amazon costs from the recent gigs that GravyBrain performed. So no one should lose any money (except the band) if we do not get approved. And we, as the band, are used to not getting paid for our shows. GravyBrain has played 9 shows the last three years at BRC (including Center Camp) and the last three SF Decoms, plus a Burnal Equinox and a Precom and we have never gotten paid a dime for those shows. We played those as our gift and we expect to bring the band to BRC again this year. As far as the MV, it is a risk we took thinking we'd hear from DMV before May 4th.
Considering some of the MV's that get accepted and passed by DMV, ours should definitely get acceptance. I spent several years working with another camp that build MV's. I think ours should pass mustard.

PS: ExpressoDude, we played the Booby Bar in 2009 and 2010 and are friends with Risky and the Boobarians. Hoping to add our uniqueness to Oneyedick and the playafrog MV's.
