My right of passage Russefeirin

So i was looking at different rights of passage and russefeirin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russefeiring really seemed like a fun idea to put on this year. My idea is to get a few dozen red hats and affix a graduation tassel on to them. Inside i will make a list of tasks tailored to BM. The trinket to attach to the hat once the task is accomplished could be kept on a table outside our camp or fashioned from something involved in completing the task. seems kind of like a scavenger hunt but requires participation or an act not just finding something. Any ideas or input would be appreciated.
