That looks pretty cool. Have you figured out exactly how the person or people will control all of the colors?
Are you looking for any help on this project? I'd be willing to lend a hand.
Control of colors will depend on the animation that is running. Pre-made animations will always be active on the display. The user(s) controls parameters of the active animation, and it is up to our animation designers to decide what controls will be most fun for the user. It might be control of the red, green, and blue color content of the animation, or it could be control of frequency, intensity, velocity, size of an object, etc... The controllable parameters will vary between animations. The user will control the animations from a podium with 1 joystick, 6 arcade buttons, 3 knobs (or sliders) and 1 BIG RED BUTTON.
Our 5 animation designers (so far) have professional experience in planetarium show production, computer graphics, web design, and game design, as well as our experience designing and building the controllable LED dome display on top of the mutant vehicle The Jellyfish from the year 12,000.
